Usually, when you're a really indecisive person like me, making plans for the week-end can be pretty annoying, there's always either nothing or too much to do. The good thing if you live in London, is you can never be bored.

Here is a few ideas on what to this week-end, in or outside, rain or no rain.

Why not start the day with a nice trip at the Museum ?
The Museum of London opened this week a new exhibition dedicated to the most famous detective in the world, Sherlock Holmes. The exhibition will feature many paintings and photography, from the book to the movies and the popular BBC show, everything you always wanted to know about the life of Sherlock Holmes will be at the Museum of London until the 12th of April 2015.
But if you're a big fan of the British detective and can't way to see more, his home and office at the 221 B Baker Street is open for tourists to visit all year.

Fancy a  delicious Apple pie ?
Quick tips on how to bake an very good and easy Apple pie, the way my Grandmother is doing it for every family Sunday meal.
You will need :
3 Apples (the kind of your choice), 1 puff pastry, 1 egg, a bit of single cream (depend the size of your pie), cinnamon and sugar.

Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees C.
First step, peel and quarter the apples then dispose them in your pie mold. Mix the egg with a bit of single cream, add some sugar and cinnamon and verse the preparation onto the apples. Put your pie in the oven for 20-25min. Serve warm or cold with a bit more cinnamon on top and a (big) spoon of vanilla ice-cream, you're gonna melt.

While the pie is in the oven, why not listen to a bit of music ?
Last week the brilliant Jessie Ware released her new album « Though Love ». Jessie Ware has one of the most beautiful voice you can hear on radio at the moment, the lyrics of her songs are always full of meanings, just the kind of music I like to listen when chilling and relaxing at home on a rainy day. I already have a favorite on the album, the beautiful « Say you love me ».
Go grab your copy !

If you're looking for an unusual book to read this week-end, let me tell you about « How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are ».
Written by 4 french successful womens, Anne Berest, Audrey Diwan, Caroline de Maigret and Sophie Mas, this brilliant work is giving us the rules to follow and some funny advices on how to be a proper parisian wherever you're coming from. The famous fashion magazine Vogue said about it « It’s a compendium of essays on everything from dealing with men and ignoring fashion to being melancholy, the art of nakedness, and what to shut up about.»

To end the week-end on a positive note, what I usually do is going to the cinema. Who doesn't love a good american comedy with a big bag of pop-corn on a rainy Sunday afternoon ?
Released today, « Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day » tell the story of  a very unfortunate family lead by the hilarious Steve Carell and the beautiful Jennifer Garner. The trailer is already making me laugh out loud, I can't wait to spend an entertaining afternoon in the screen.

I don't know about you, but my week-end is set.
